When I walk throught the door after a long day, there is no one there to ask how my day went, or to rub my tired feet, or to pour me a glass of wine. I never thought I'd be alone at this time in my life but, the kids are grown and on their own and the ex is long gone, so it's just me and my cat and I think...is this all there is?? Sure, I've got lots of friends and family that I love doing things with, but they have their own lives. Sometimes it includes me, and sometimes it doesn't. Don't get me wrong. I'm not feeling sorry for myself, it's just fact, life without a special someone just isn't the same. Although I don't have the same figure I once did, I'm told I'm still attractive. I enjoy many different activities, and I still have a youthful spirit and a great sense of humor. I enjoy travel, movies, theater, museums, attending sporting events, music, and cooking.
