I love the outdoors, cooking, reading, and generally hanging out. I am financially responsible, have a great house, job, transportation. I think a positive disposition can go a LONG way in interactions with others. Laughter, happiness and smiles are contagious. Health is very important to me I think this ties into happiness through the way we eat, exercise and treat our bodies. Don't get me wrong, I love to have a drink at the end of the day several days of the week and don't always hop on my bike when I should but I beleive that how we treat our bodies leads to our ultimate outlook on life.I don't really know what I'm looking for with this post.
